Thai Airways has stated that tickets for flights between Singapore and Thailand which were issued on or before 19 May and for travel up to 4 June 2014 will have their validity extended to 30 June 2014.
Additionally, flights to and from Thailand may be re-booked for other dates without penalty fees and surcharges.
However, the airline will only consider refunds on tickets which are either totally unutilised or partially utilised according to the conditions under which the ticket was booked. Tickets which were originally non-refundable remain non-refundable, while tickets with other conditions remain subject to those conditions.
The airline also said all flights are operating as usual, but recommended that passengers arrive at the
airport three hours ahead of the departure time and to be prepared that their
travel documents might be inspected by officers during
travel to the airport.
Passengers may check their flight
